Case study / Creator platform × entertainment partnerships
The Hana Road
Turning trusted introductions into a creator platform
Brand, partnership and production lead
Executive summary
Build an entertainment and creator platform by connecting the right producers, creative partners, talent and distribution opportunities around one shared idea.
The challenge
What needed
to change.
The Hana Road needed more than a recognizable name or a stream of content. It needed a credible creative world, a working production network and a reason for artists, partners and audiences to participate.
The insight
The unlock.
The opportunity itself came through social capital. Relationships built through Bing and American Idol connected Kat with integrations executive Tony Novia and producer Gary W. Goldstein. Those introductions became a platform where strategy, production, talent and culture could reinforce one another.

Supporting evidence
What the
work shows.

- The project archive preserves Hana Road brand imagery, creator artwork, site concepts and one, three and five second motion systems.
- Production files and final renders document a real working content system, not a presentation concept.
- The relationship path from Bing to American Idol to The Hana Road demonstrates the BKS thesis: strong work creates trust, trust creates introductions and introductions open rooms.
